Each task is linked to a certified alert, rule version and snapshot.
How the agent works
1. Scans the same certified alert feed that powers Alerts & Anomalies.
2. Creates one task per critical or warning alert, de-duplicated by alert ID.
3. Records the originating rule version, snapshot facts and period in the task.
4. Writes an audit event for every run and every status change.
